Come and explore the world through fables and fairy tales.  Travel to Mulan's China or go see the Hunchback of Notre Dame in France.  Explore Pinocchio's Italy, Merlin's England, and the Ice Princess' Norway.  Each day we will explore a popular fairytale and learn about the country in which it originated in.  In addition to looking at famous fairy tales we will study how fables have been used to teach morals and values.  We will study fables such as The Tortoise and the Hare, The Lion and the Mouse, and Peter and the Wolf.  As we read and study these stories we will look at how they connect to one another and impact the world we live in today.
