CDL Learner’s Permit Prep
Take the guess work out of sitting for your CDL Learner's Permit and let HCC's professional truck driving instructors guide you through the testing process. This short course will cover the topics you need including areas of general knowledge, air brakes, combinations, tankers, and doubles and triples. Hazmat endorsement training is available upon request. The DOT physical card is not required for class, but the MVA does require it for testing.
CDL Refresher/Evaluation
Do you have a Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A or B license but have been off the road for awhile? The professional truck driving instructors at HCC can help you get back on the road with confidence. HCC provides refresher courses for individuals with recent driving experience that need to sharpen their past skills. If you need to document your driving abilities for a potential employer, you must successfully complete an evaluation of your pre-trip planning, range maneuvering, and road handling. CDL refreshers are custom scheduled and setup as one-on-one sessions with an instructor in four- or eight-hour segments. Refresher candidates must hold a current Class A or B CDL license and have an updated DOT physical card.
