Do you ever wonder how stuff is made? Headphones and Hydro Flasks, skateboards and spoons, jeans and journals—these and thousands of everday products you use to add style, function, and fun to your life all have to be designed and made. Explore how technology like robots, lasers, and 3D printing have changed the design and fabrication process. Then design your own product with these technologies in mind!
Thanks to a generous grant from the Alice Virginia and David W. Fletcher Foundation, students in grades 6-8 have the opportunity to take How Stuff is Made for only $8. The deadline to submit an online application is March 31.
